Combine peanut butter and 125 g (4 oz.) butter in a large bowl. Microwave on 100% for 1 1/2 minutes. Mix in icing sugar and spread in a 23-cm (9 in) square dish.
Microwave chocolate chips on 50% for about 3 minutes, or until melted and smooth. Stir in
15 ml (1 tbsp) butter and spread over peanut butter mixture. Chill for at least 1 hour,
then cut into squares.
