Quick Double-layer Fudge


Ingredients:

225 g (8 oz.) smooth peanut butter
125 g (4 oz.) butter
375 g (13 oz.) icing sugar (powdered sugar)
175 g (6 oz.) chocolate chips
15 g (1/2 oz.) butter


Combine peanut butter and 125 g (4 oz.) butter in a large bowl. Microwave on 100% for 1 1/2 minutes. Mix in icing sugar and spread in a 23-cm (9 in) square dish.

Microwave chocolate chips on 50% for about 3 minutes, or until melted and smooth. Stir in 15 ml (1 tbsp) butter and spread over peanut butter mixture. Chill for at least 1 hour, then cut into squares.
